Shipping Information

Production & Shipping Time
Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for your print to be produced and shipped. Each piece is carefully crafted using high-quality fine art printing to ensure the best result.

Express Shipping Requests
If you need express shipping, please email us at info@vizlink.nz While we cannot guarantee express delivery in all cases, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Express shipping may incur additional costs, which will be confirmed before processing.

Tracking & Carriers
All prints are shipped via New Zealand Couriers, depending on the destination. Each order includes a tracking number. If you would like access to your tracking details, please email us at info@vizlink.nz

Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are beyond our control. If you experience any delays, we recommend contacting the courier service directly with your tracking number.
